Weight: 80kg (14% going on a slow cut at the moment)
Height: 175cm
Squat: 145kg x 1
Bench: 85kg x 1
Deadlift: 140kg x 1
Power clean: 75kg x 1
100m: Unsure estimate is 13 seconds
Vertical: 28-30 inches
My goals:
Weight: 70kg (10%)
Squat: 180kg x 1
Deadlift: 220kg x 1
Bench: 100kg x 1
Powerclean: 100kg x 1
Vertical 38-40 inches
100m: sub 12 seconds
Routine:
Block 1: 4 weeks
tue/fri: acc/Jumps/LB wts
wed/sat: Throws/Tempo/UB wts
thur: GS circuits
Monday 5th of September: (Rest day)
1 x 20m sprint
1 x 60m sprint
1 x 800m run
Today was just getting back into the feeling of running as i’ve been very unfit lately bulking for weights so need to start getting more fit and hopefully cut down 🙂
