Well this journal is to keep progress throughout summer training for cross country, cross country, indoor, outdoor, and nationals.
This is my first time doing any type of major distance running. I have already ran about 2 and half weeks and put in 60-70 miles before this journal. I'm on a 300 mile plan for 10 weeks. Weight training will start in about 1 to 2 weeks. I weigh about 155 pounds and I'm hoping after xc I will have lost about 10-15 pounds for track.I will be a senior next year and I'm hoping to place at state in all four of my events: LJ/300h/100h/200m Then after state to make it to nationals for the hep 4200 points…goal for the hep is 5000

WOW this was the worst run ever…..not because I felt bad…. the fact that it was hot outside and HELLA spidas were out and basically attacked me on the course…..I was totally trapped between hella webs and I had a panic attack……so I ran like a mile on the course and ran stairs and did some strides 6 to be exact.

          7/15

Well today was way better……….we had practice and I LOVE my team!!!!! Eventho I 'm the only chick that is going to practice I love all the dudes on my team…..we ran about 3 miles and stopped at Freddy Myers to get a cookie..then we went to golden stear and got some water…..sounds gay but the we were talking about the weirest stuff……..it was fun….it feels like my fitness is getting better so great
