hey bros, i'm just starting out in track. i started training last summer with my dad and i've gotten lot faster. i havent been running this winter at all. all i did was lift heavy(cleans,deads, squats) my legs have gotten lot bigger and i feel really heavy. i got lots of bulky muscle. what would be the best training to turn that into speed and not lose lot of power. can you guys set me up with a good plyo program. I want to run the 100meter. thanks bros
