Was looking for any studies on the amounts that could be taken before workouts. I am thinking about taking 3-6g before workouts.
I think 2-3g would be more appropriate. I have an article on carnitine that I'll add to the nutrition section on my next update.
my order came in today, i purchased the brand from ULTIMATE NUTRITION. does any one have any coments bout the purity of there products? They claim that it meets USP quality. any clues what that means?
USP quality is basically just an assurance that what you've paid for is what you'll get. In some cases it also means that the product is made in the U.S.
Thanks i did the searches for it yesterday, since it all trying to legit it brings a little comfort

The focus on the supplement should be on mechanical advantages that are not significant….VO2 max for sprinters in not needed. I would say guys that need 2-3 pound lighter during peak should take it…
