Felt awesome today! Nice PR for 20m, only 2nd time doing MaxV work so far. Felt alrite. Huge box squat for me today! Felt great! SLDL sucked, lol, my hamstrings are still burning 2 days later. About 50 degrees w/ no wind outside. Awesome Training Session!

Felt pretty good, Sprints felt explosive. Lifts felt good! Bench was without a spotter so I couldve done more weight. Right Wrist is hurting

Felt awesome. I was really springy today! Jumped up and grabbed rim easily! Depth into standing broad jump felt awesome! Split runs sucked!! Lol… HUGE box squat today!! 500×3 is big!! 1st time doing glute ham raise, really hard!
