This spring break I am getting ready for the district meet and This is what i intend on doing to increase my long jump. My season best is 21-7 and my pb is 22-5 so this is what im doing. tell me your suggestions
Monday: Plyos, flying sprints, weights
Two legged bounds 3x30yds, one leg bounds 3x25yds, cone hops 2×10,
4×30 meter flying sprints
Single leg squats 3×10 185, squats 4×8 225, jump squats 4×8 30 step ups 3x 10 30, lunges 3×10 30
this is just my foundation i dont know what to continue with or to even use this at all so input is appreciated thanks.
