So I am a division 1 track and field athlete. My times last year were 6.90 60 10.61 100 and 21.56 200. I did not have eligibility this indoor season but I still ran a few meets and practiced everyday. Outdoor season started and I cant break 11.3 in the 100m or 23 in the 200. I’m 3 meets in and I see no improvements. Whats weird is at practice i can run multiples of my 200 in low 23 and low 24 pace with ease. But at meets I just cant seem to run fast. Has anyone experienced such a slump before?
