Since a race last saturday, I have had all those symptoms in both groins, been giving me a lot of pain all week but didnt stop me training
I have had an operation on an inguinal hernia in my groin last november. Think it could be more hernia(s), there are a few lumps/tensions so seems unlikely that that many would pop up. Or is it just ‘knots’ in the muscle?
Been having massage and self myofascial release using my fingers and thumbs, but worrying it could be worse than just knots?
