The past 2 seasons I've made some big improvements with so-so training so this year I'm going to go all out and see what I can do.
A short history :
High school – pretty good runner, didn't even come close to my potential, I had one of those coaches who didn't want to push the girls team too hard b/c he thought that we'd quit. mostly ran the hurdles
College – injured my first year, so I didn't try out for track, then transferred to a school without track team (oops) and ran x-c
Post-college – the minute I got home after college ended I joined a track club and started sprinting/hurdling again. The first year was tough- just trying to get speed back. The past 2-3 seasons, I've been seeing good improvements training on my own.
Current PR's : 100m – 13.21
200m – 26.75
400m – 60.41
Goals : 100m – sub 13
200m – sub 26
400m – sub 58
The last couple of years I've been training for the 100/200, but I think that my best even will be the 400. I ran 60.41 with no 400 training, so I want to see where I can go with that.
