Hey ya'll I'm starting my own personal workout journal. This is week 11 of our workouts and we have about 7 weeks till our state track meet. I'm a 10th grade girl running the 100m,4×200 Relay,4×400 relay, Long Jump, and Discus.
Please be free to offer advice and it is VERY welcome because I have no clue what I'm doing.
