Hello… I have a question: a friend of mine is a beginner to a marathon…he is a newbie and he usually do to train a run about 10-15km every saturday in about an hour..sunday he did milan city marathon in 4h 27min and was his first marathon… he also made the stralugano 3 weeks ago (30km) in 2h 40min …
I'd like to have some piece of advice to help in improving…thanks…
