does someone know of a good marathon training program. right now i am just making up my own, i am taking cc workouts and making them longer. i have the following pr's to help out.
1/2 marathon: 1:14
marathon: first, goal under 3hrs
i am not scared to go long, 90+ is what i was thinking anyway, probally hit that in later july. marathon is Oct. 1st. thanks for the help
