I’ve done these before but never called it that. Nick actually did some of this (with a split squat rather than a pull) earlier this year. When I’ve used it for pulling and squatting I’ve had great results but it’s logistically difficult to manage under team settings so I’ve used it very rarely.
i used this also with the squat recently got good gains…how would it work with clean would you use between 100% – 125%…so it could look like this isometric clean 5×1(held in three pos. for 6 sec} 2 min rest between set twice a week…week 1 100% then add 5% each week…is this how you would work it with the isometric clean
