Keep in mind my sport is powerlifting not track and field, but, I thought my training might give you some ideas. My training tends to follow the conjugate method so take it for what it's worth. I will add to this post whenever I have a training day. Feel free to add in your two cents.
High bar full squats: 6×3, 3×2 ( worked up to a 2rm)
Weighted glute-ham raise: 3×10
Walking Lunges: 4×5
1 leg RDL's: 3×8
Cable crunches: 3×15
