Have started and restarted my log many times due to hamstring. Im getting a biomechanical analysis to see if my issues are due to form.
What do you guys think about my form in general? Vid quality is a bit iffy.
Can I borrow this thread?

As you can see, I’m not well versed in sprint mechanics. Any comments?
It looks like your posture could be slightly better which I think will in turn allow you to have slightly better frontside mechanics
Better as in more upright?
