in an earlier topic…You guys were discusiing a little bit about maximum velocity.
We all can agree that Max Velocity is reaches around 50-60m and we can maintain it for around 20 meters estimated.
Well I remember reading about doing 60’s for MaxV training and that you have to go through a hard acceleration before you reach Max Velocity when runing them.
anyways..the point I am getting to….
What IS the best possible WAY to increase your MaxV?
1) Flying sprints (Flying 30 with 20m run in)
2) Sprint Float Sprints
3.) Sprints of 40-60m (70 in some cases)
what are the advantages and/or disadvantages of each?
also..This may sound kind of mute..but how do you perform sprint-float-sprints?
