33 yr old male sprinter. History of being an inconsistent trainer (ie lazy), but I really enjoy competing. PBs (HT):
100m 10.9 (many years ago)
200m 22.4 (also many years ago, but recently ran 22.6)
400m 53.8 (rare to run this).
My goals are to run sub 22s 200m and sub 50s for 400m. The 400 time might seem crazy but without any real training I ran 54.3 a couple of weeks back. The body is in pretty good shape without any niggling injuries just need to put together a solid block of training. Feel I can still compete against the 20 yr olds. My longer term comp goals are a big meet at the end of Sep 2005 and Feb 2006. Also I have never been a weight trainer but have a plan to give this a go. My other weakness was diet but I improved this a lot in the last year.
