Hello guys, please take a look at my block starts and critique them. I have my first meet in three days and need advice as soon as possible. I filmed 5 starts, each with its slow-mo. My camera is a bit outdated, so if the video is not clear I can film a close-up.
Some problems I noticed was getting up too early in some starts, and not enough leg extension during drive phase. I also don’t feel explosive enough coming out of the blocks. any thoughts or solutions?

sorry for the weird music, I couldn’t get rid of the static camera noise so I audioswapped the sound
