Ok Gov…here it is. I received some of these from Todd and they're great :eureka:
*Rocky Half Twist – Partner stand or sit back to back (1 ft. between to allow for wider turn) and turn side to side while passing med ball. Go big med ball with this one.
*Single Leg Jack Knife – Lie on back, arms overhead holding med ball. 1 leg comes up to meet upper body and med ball. Should be balanced on butt when leg meets ball.
*Woodchoppers – Raise MB overhead and throw explosively into the ground using arms AND leg strength.
*Seated OH Forward Throw – Seated with legs extended in front of body, raise MB overhead with both arms and throw against a wall or to a partner.
*Twisting Throw (L&R) – Standing across from a partner, twist to the left and throw MB with both hands as body returns to center. Partner will throw MB back and continue the same motion to the right. L-R-L-R etc.
*Partner Sit-ups – Face partner in sit-up position toe to toe, knees bent. One partner begins with ball by lowering body and then sitting up while making short pop pass to other partner when upright. Partners need to be doing the sit-ups in-sync and passes are made when in up position.
So that's 3 circuits of 6 exercises that we use…I feel they have all helped with that much needed core development!!
