Quick Question…anyone use a 10 day microcycle? Any ideas on how to set one up…i’ve generally used a 7 (track) or 14 (xc) cycle previously. I’m thinking of going to a 10 day cycle to spread the work out a little more. Right now my cycle is looking like this:
D1: LR, D2: R, D3: E, D4: WO, D5: R, D6: MLR, D7: E, D8: WO, D9: R, D10: E
LR = Long Run (20% of mileage)
R = Recovery
E = Easy or Up Tempo Days
WO = Workouts
MLR = Medium Long Run (15% of mileage)
Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!
