You need to contact someone who is with the All Army track team if that is what you are referring to because a recruiter will tell you what they think will get you to sign. Quite a bit depends on the what type of unit you are in and your company commander. Problem right now is that most of the forces are deployed to either Iraq or Afghanistan so there is less opportunity for people to compete right now, but that’s my take as a former Reservist.
