Hi,
My coach and I have noticed that when i begin to reach my top speed in the 100m or 200m, i begin to land on the outside of my right foot. I don't really know how to explain it but i seem to land on the outside "ball" of my foot and i can't really help it. This started happening about a month and a half ago, and lately the area below my calf and entire side of the bottom portion of my leg hurts when i hit the ground (not on my shin, but on the other side). What can i do to fix this?
