been a long time since i been on this site but im back and set two new PRs.yeah.
200 meter:21.61(held back alot on the straight could have gone at least 21.1)
          300 meter:36.70
these times were in practice so i could prob. run faster in meets but i think they straight for a 100 meter sprinter

are you sure about time? because I see an unbelivable time.. how do you run only 36"7 in 300m when you can run 21"6 in 200m?
if you pass in 22" at 200m for 300m sprint, you have 14" for last 100m.
          I haven't your speed in 200m but my PB in 300m is near 35"1, and I'm not a lap-runner I run 60/100..

that 300 is only my pr cause i never ran a 300 before, but i didn't even really run the 300 all that hard because it was in practice i jogged like the last 50 meters.and i aint a lap runner either but i can go  like -47-48 it would be faster but the last 100 is hell

          new 100 meter practice pr:10.65(electric)!!!
i have decided not to lift weights any more they dont seem to have any effect on my sprint times except on my apperence instead i would just run train like i have been doing.

You electronically timed a 100 in practice? With timing gates? Why? And weights are good, though if you're a naturally strong, well-built individual with your weight being a problematic issue, then whatever I suppose. Keep doing plyo's – with an increased volume – and you could also increase your speed-work volume as your no longer lifting. And keep using bodyweight exercises to ensure some strength conditioning. Maybe sleds as well. And hill sprints. But why are you stopping lifting? Do you have proof that the weights are having no positive effect on your sprint times? What weight routine are you following? And maybe the weights aren't offering any improvement anymore, but they may be operating in a maintenance role.

I stopped lifting because it made me stronger but for some reason slow(every time i would sprint it felt as if i were heavy even when i was fully recovered from lifting).I guess you can say im naturally strong but i mainly just do push-ups and sit-ups,plyos.but my speed work volume is higher than your average athlete.idk why it was electric timed.i train at the university of miami.

What does that mean?  You are now possibly the #1 HS sprinter in the nation?

How did you go from 10.65 to 10.34 in just a little over one month?  Did weight lifting make that big a difference?  If so what are you doing?  I've never heard of or have….wow.

I don't want to sound too rude, but this would be a lot easier for me to swallow (10.6-10.3 in a month during fall training) if you would either post your name or have JJ post in here to confirm that you are indeed running these times.

I'm not doubting you, but most people don't drop that much time in a year, let alone a month.

LOL you seem to have it wrong i been capable of running a 10.42.everytime i put update it was basically me building up to where i was last year (hence the word practice pr) it was me getting back into the groove of running fast(aka training) but now Im past where i was last year as far as strength so my real drop is basically 0.08 or somewhere near that lol.but i will compete in um invitational so if you live by the U come on down LoL.

Alright then. If your PR was a 10.42 then it is a lot more believable.

And I would love to compete down in Miami, but I'm stuck in WI training indoors until damn near April.
