Sounds cool. Perhaps you can post workouts an give us a look at what you are going to be doing. Starting a journal perhaps?

Agreed….sounds like a great opportunity. Please fill us in on what you're doing or better yet ask him if he'd either be interested in posting on the forum or an interview for the site.

Let me know what he says to an interview. If he agrees I'll put it on the main page of this site. If you can get other Level 4 coaches to agree to an interview I'll make an article out of it.

You definitely need to keep us informed, and interview would be really cool.

Just to let you know his name is Toni (short for Antonio) Minichiello. If there are any questions you would like to ask him he would be happy to answer. He has seen this forum and is a little embarrassed to log on.

          Perhaps things like https://elitetrack.com/component/option,com_smf/Itemid,45/topic,3891.0/topicseen

          are a factor.

I'd love to have him join the forum. If he feels more comfortable with an interview that would work just as well.
