          Max last month(Oct 1)
          Bench:185
          Squat:330
          Dead:275
          Hang Clean:95
          Weight:162

          Maxes this month(Nov 12)
          Bench:205
          Squat:445
          Dead:315
          Hang Clean:155
          Weight:164

If I improved my overall strength along with developing my core(six pack baby) plus my technique and general fitness improved and i keep improving and working out until the first track meet in march is it safe to assume i could improve .5-.7 tenths of a second?or will my improvement only be marginal?

Looks like you’ve lost a bit of strength/weight from August??

Wow, in a month your squat went up over 100LBS, care to shed some light on what your doing for your lower body?

I guarantee you haven’t squatted 445. It may sound like a reasonable number, but in real life it’s an insane amount of weight.

Yea I was starting to feel pretty weak when I read that, my bench is better, but my squat is probably around half of that lol

What event are we talking about here? That’s a lot of time for the short sprints but it may be possible in the long sprints. Also, if your numbers are legit, you have a serious power-strength imbalance. Your clean numbers are very low to have such a huge squat. Are you perhaps squatting on a smith machine? That might explain the discrepancy.
