I'm running the 100m right now and that's it, I also play football and wouldn't mind decreasing my 40 time however more or less I'm just looking to improve my 100 time, cut it down as much as possible. I'm doing 2 workouts a week right now for my legs since I do everything else on other days, spaced 3/4 days apart each. I do Squats, Glute/Ham Raises and Calve Raises on one day and Reverse Leg Press, Glute/Ham Raises and Calve Raises on the 2nd day. I do 3 sets and 5 reps or vice versa for everything except calf raises I get into the 20s with weight.. am I doing too little here, will I see benefits? What exercises are benefical to add? Thank you!
