I'm a french 4H runner, i ran 55"21 (my PB and SB) there's 2 weeks ago (May 20th 2007) , my goal is to run 54" on July 1st (pre nationals), i train my self and i need advices to and training program to reach this purpose, so if someone can help me? :puzzled:
