umm…. my time in da 100m is about 12.00-13.00 with out spikes. How much does spikes make u faster?
people in my club tell me 2 buy some spikes and i will when i get da money. next year im aming for about low 11.00 i reckon i can pull it off if i train enough.
so plez can i have a good training plan for me thx

          What club did you join?
Surely they have a coach who can help you, that isn't being off putting or saying we can't or wont help but there is more to it than you may think and hands on one on one is superior.

I saw in that other thread you were doing 50mins running a day is that continuous? Please expand on that and outline what you are currently doing.

Give me a few days to put some general guidelines together.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you, I've had a few things on lately and this isn't as simple as it appears so hopefully others will chime in.

If I can recomend 2 things the first would be can the 50 minute continuous runs they wont be helping you. Secondly ask at the club about coaching, there should be someone there who can help you and that will be waaay more beneficial at this stage than via the net (unless they tell you to do 50 minute runs )

          Some general guidelines.

for some reason these keep getting cut off  😡

If you're training to be a sprinter you need to train to run fast. Running long distance won't do much to help your progress. As suggested above I'd drop the 50 minute work or any heavily aerobic based work for that matter.

First, that is a little much for one workout. Second, I think you'd benefit from reducing the volume and increasing the intensity. Third, don't pigeon hole yourself in to only doing that workout. There's nothing too bad about that workout but one workout does not mean anything without the context the workout is done under. In other words, there is much more to success than any single workout. You'd be best to develop a systematic program rather than worry about individual workouts.
