    need help on disc (video) going too fast

          hi all my best disc throw this year has been a 145' throw in the disc.  i started from about 130'  well i have many problembs  in my technique. 

          one that i kinda disagree on is how i throw at the end,  i throw with my middle finger instead of my index finger.  can this really make a big differance.

          the other problem is that im going too fast,  but it is hard to slow down..

          *Keep the chest up more out of the back of the circle.
          *Quiet down' the lower body movement in the preparatory / pre-flight phase so you can create more shoulder-hip separation.
          *Sprint out of the back of the circle.
          *Sweep the right leg long and extended.

          Yeah, you definitely can get more shoulder-hip separation, and you can drive that right across a little more.  I also think you're not getting much of a blocking action from your left on release–you're in such a hurry to jump that you're releasing from the air.  I'd try experimenting with a fixed-feet finish and see if that lets you get a longer pull on the disc.
