I am a first year head coach of a middle school track team. My expertise is football but due to shortages the school asked me to coach track. I ran in track in middle school but not HS. I’m having a hard time trying to find information on setting up a practice schedule and routines. We have practice Monday-Wed and meets on Thursdays. Practice will last about and hour and half? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
