I don't know which ones to do and which ones not to do: please share any lifting exercises that will help a sprinter.
Neck, Traps, Shoulders, Chest, Triceps, Biceps, Forearms, Abs, Lats, Middle Back, Lower Back, Glutes, Quadriceps, & Hamstrings. I don't If I should work just only specific areas or all body work?
