My previous race i had a monster start and i mean really good but i noticed that the last 15m(it was a 55m race)it didn't seem like i was moving as fast as i was the first 30 or 40 but form the tape i could tell that if i could even partially keep that speed up i'll have a great year im not sure what kind of 100 it'll be, i also ran a 36 in the 300 if that helps any but i didn't come out of blocks and kinda just floated it
New problem

I think you need to be a little more specific for people because there really is no apparent problem that you state. Maybe some video?
You are going to feel a big increase in speed to 30-40m because that is the main part where you are accelerating. You are probably hitting max v 40-50m or so, if not sooner, so you simply are not able to accelerate any further (if your car can only go up to 100mph, it won't go 150mph just because you push harder on the pedal).

Either my max isnt fast enough or im hitting it to soon

If it isn't fast enough, then do max velocity work.
It'd be kind of odd to "hit it too soon" (this would happen most likely because your max v wasn't high in the first place) since the whole point of a short sprint race is to finish as fast as you can.
how would i go about doing that?and it seems like people seem to get closer to me after 30 or 40m and if this is bad for indoor it will be terrible for outdoor

I agree with Davan….your top end speed is definitely the issue. Improving your acceleration to 30-40m will definitley help but ultimately it sounds like you need to focus more on maxV. See the faq section for starters.
