Nike monster flys

          I am running high school track this year and was wondering if the nike monster flys are any good, and will they last the whole season.  I have received them and am concened about the non-removable spikes and if they wear out.  Any information would be helpful.      Thanks kevin

          yo man u should of gotten the demolishers instead buddy….or the powercats man….i think its for the monsterflys suck cause the spkes are non removeable plus its a lil$$$

          the titanium spikes on the m-flys are very sturdy,  however you should be carefull not to make contakt with hard surfaces.  its a nice shoe,  i prefer stiffer plates however

          I am only a high school athlete so i need replaceable spikes, i am returning them (bought them from eastbay) and buying the powercats.  I have 2 questions,  I am assuming the spikes are replaceable on the powercats because it says recepticals.  Correct me if i am wrong, and also will the cam lock spikes work in the powercats.

          yes the spikes on the powercats are removeable. and what do you mean by the "cam lock spikes"?

          what the hell are those…….. lol just use the xmas tree spikes or teh pyramid spikes.

          I would suggest against the powercats, only because they tend to have a HUGE toe box in my experience.  I prefer the G5.  Same spike plate, but a much better fit in my opinion.
