Nike Zoom Super Shift ??

          I bought the new Super Shifts and they came with these round washer things to put in between the spike and the spike well. Are they supposed to help or what? ❓

          Theyre called risers. Therre used to keep you on your forefoot even more than the spikes do alone. Its a preference whether you want to use them or not. Some ppl like them others do not. Try them out and see. Personally i like them.

          the risers are of strait sprints, like 60 100 or 110 hurdles .they suck for corners so dont use them if you are a 200 to 400 meter sprinter
