General strength / calisthenic work can make you VERY strong. Here's some suggestions:
*Buy a pair of rings and hang them from a tree or pullup bar. These will allow you to do a ton of extra challenging bodyweight exercises.
*Do unilateral movements to make them more challenging….A2G single leg squats, single arm pushups, etc.
*Reorient the body with respect to the plane of gravity to make the activities more challenging…hand stand pushups, L-position pullups, planche stands, etc will make you very strong.
*Switch up the speed of movement…do them fast, slow, and even add some plyometric work. You can maintain maximal strength levels very well with just plyometrics.
