alright well I am looking to become a more explosive, more lean(cut body fat)and pretty much become a faster, quicker, athlete, my main ultimate goal being to improve vertical. I was wondering what would be a better supplement to try out? and yes i already take fish oils, flaxseed, creatine, protein supplements, ZMA, multivitamins, and I am content with my diet.
NO2 supplement or BCAA supplement
