Can somebody tell me if they know of any good websites (or other sources for that matter) where I would be able to obtain a good 1-3 page handout for a high school track team?
I would just like to be able to provide the team with a basic nutritional guide. Some of these kids have no clue how bad some of the stuff is they’re putting in their bodies and what the “good fuel” would be.
