Hi everybody,
I have started coaching high school jumpers and am looking for a decent weight training program for my athletes. Most of my experienced lifters will be with the football and basketball team this summer. I will have mainly new lifters, but I still want them getting good work in. I am expereinced with weights and understand how to teach weight training. I am just looking for specific lifts or even a college type program that I can water down some. Thanks for any help!
