Anyone do these
Is it a big help when it comes to sprinting
it trains the vmo of ur lower inner quad which helps the start of ur sprint
I beleive it helps you work on muscle balance and coordination
While there’s no such thing as a wonder exercise I think they are a very good choice for developing leg strength, especially after you get past the initial learning and coordination phases.
