i'm trying to "replace" sprinting as best as i can for the next little while (can't sprint for a couple reasons.. won't go into detail)…
Now obviously i won't be able to get the optimal effects that sprinting will give for gaining speed, but i was wondering how many ground contacts/week of plyos would i generally have to do to get as close as possible to replacing the lack of sprints in my program withut going overboard… ps i'd be doing olifts and weights aswell..
