I just realized this is the same guy who defined work capacity as follows:
# Core strength
# Muscular endurance
# Aerobic and anaerobic capacity
# Body composition (% body fat)
# Joint mobility (range of motion, durability)I am not sure what body composition or core strength have to do with work capacity.

does anyone have a video of a person sled dragging with the maximum weight before form breaks down. Basically a video of proper heavy sled dragging (without form breaking down)? Im assuming this would still have under 10% of bodyweight
The 8-10% rule of speed is more important. Load is too “strength coach” minded. When you slow down to 90% speed the weight is likely to be enough.

Certainly, the loads used in the video were laughable, considering RFD, technique, amortization…could go on. Rediculous. I’ve seen this done by MMA Strength Coaches also, but someone training HS boys for speed acceleration should know better.
