I'm primarily a 100m runner, currently in my off-season. Doing lots of 120m and 150m, which i know primarily trains the speed endurance. My first meet starts in 2 to 3 months time and i'm having 300m runs included in my programme as part of my over-run programs? My question is, is the extra 200m a bit too much? I imagined a 100m runner doing 200m for over-run workouts.
Any advice/opinion would be much appreciated, Thanks
