I was wondering what the proper way to peak with weights is. I have read you can peak by going very heavy toward the end with low volume or going very light and doing high speed of movement. Are both of those valid for peaking? When would you use the high intensity lifting type of peak vs. the lifting for speed for peaking? Does a certain program cater to one or the other?
