i train 4 times a week. i do plyos twice a week, and run sprints twice a week. this what it looks like…

i do 4 more sets of 30m drills but i dont know what they called since im just startin out. than i finish off with 4 sets of 60m, 50% tempo. on one of my sprint days i do, 8 sets of starts. than 2 sets of 130 m trying to change my speed from goin fast to medium to fast. the other day i do 4 sets of 40m, 3 sets of 60m, and 2 sets of 100m. and rest 2:30min in between. i wanna run the 100m in the future. My paps is training me, i just started. my current time in 100m is around 11,5. i think i got potential since my pap ran in the olympics for Poland. i have been lifting weights, as in cleans, deads, and squats for about a year straight and havent been runnin, so im stiff. im about 185, thick not ripped yet.lol. any suggestions for me to get quicker?? i wanna get my time to 10.9, 10.8. my pap said i got a really long powerful stride, and my form is down. im in good hands, just wanna know if you can add any routines or drills to my training. thanks lot
