I'm currently doing a study on strength training for collegiate throwers, and I'm wondering if anybody knows of any studies done showing the percentages of upper body used during the shot and discus. Example, the pecs, lat, traps, delts…..approximately what percentages are they actually used during a shot or discuss throw.
Obvioulsy, a study with the percentages of the lower body could be used as well.
