Any advice on the this week would be appreciated. This is the 3rd week of gpp2.
Training age is basicaly 0. Have competed for a couple years but never serious training. 16 year old decathlete. New to weight training no 1rm taken. training at approx 80%. bench and squat get bump when he feels he could do 2-3 more.
Monday GS and plyos with throw coach
Tuesday Accel dev6x30/mb throws #70
weights jump squat 5r x 3s 20lbs
clean 3r x 5s
squat 5r x 4-5s
bench 5r x 4s
pull up body weight 7r x 3s
Wed 45 min light throw
intensive tempo + drills+ high jump drills
Thurs repeat tues
Sat intensive tempo + Drill
Sunday repeat tues
Abs 4 times per week
At the moment only have 2 tempo days. Is that okay for now?
