I’m getting ready for my outdoor season to begin, and I would like to peak early in the season. Here are the numbers I know
Weight 192 lbs
60m: 7.24 (November 2004 time trials, just for fun)
100m: 12.7 (March 2004 before groin injury ending outdoor season)
Safety Bar Squat: 355 lbs.
I do the safety squats because I have a chronic back injury and it helps relieve some of the stress. I think that my biggest problem is low top speed. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome. Thank you.
