Pylometrics:
doesn't have a definition but still ppl use this phrase. Why? are they ignorant or deprived of using a proper vocabulary?
pylometric drills can be incorporated after the warm-up and before the main body of training. These drills should emphasize a full and smooth range of motion more than intense overload and use the pre-stretch of the muscle to achieve rapid movement, mechanical efficiency and coordination.
As with other types of training, pylometric exercises are performed in intervals over the course of the season. Vary the volume and intensity of these exercises from low to moderate.
