I progress my plyos like I do sprinting. I start off earlier doing multi jumps and standing stuff like tuck jumps. I then move on to stuff like skips that have longer ground contact but higher force. Then I move to hurdle hops, etc.

Do you couple any specific plyos with sprint phases? In other words, do you couple jumps, hops etc. with acceleration, and more specific (to Max V) plyos, like bounding, with Max V work?
