Can any of your guys give me some pnf techniques so i can incorporate into my program. I only know the basic hamstring one. I did a search i dont know if im not seeing right but i cant find techniques for any of the other muscles. I have some questions from my search

Will very light static stretching of the hamstrings followed by dynamic excercises affect my power output at all?
i mean like really light, like a five second touch of your toes with your leg in an elongated position, like a V on the floor or on a height like a banister or something. I want everyones opinion on this, i know most of these topics have been debated already but i need some clarity for myself.
